Correction of Name or Father Name :

• Spelling mistake

Spelling mistake in Name or Father Name are corrected subject to fulfillment of the following formalities.

• 1. Photocopy of relevant pages of the admission and withdrawal register, attested by the Principal.
  2. Covering letter (forwarding letter) from the Principal on the subject Correction of Name addressed to Secretary.
  3. DMC, Certificate issued by the Board in original
  4. Fee receipt (bank challan/ bank slip). Go to fee of correction.

• Addition or deletion

Name or Father Name of the candidate can be changed partially. For example, the words like "Khan", "Jan", "Mian", "Sayed" etc. can be added to name or deleted from name by producing the following documents.

• 1. Advertisement in any daily newspaper (press cuttings two in number)
  2. Covering letter (forwarding letter) from the Principal on the subject Correction of Name addressed to Secretary.
  3. Affidavit (in case of no covering letter)
  4. DMC, Certificate issued by the Board in original
  5. Fee receipt (bank challan/ bank slip). Go to fee of correction.

• Change of Name

Name or Father Name of the candidate can be changed vide a Decree passed in favor of the candidate by a Court of Law. The candidate should submit the following documents.

• 1. Court Decree (in original)
  2. Covering letter (forwarding letter) from the Principal on the subject Correction of Name addressed to Secretary.
  3. DMC, Certificate issued by the Board in original
  4. Fee receipt (bank challan/ bank slip). Go to fee of correction

Correction of Date of Birth:

• Correction on the basis of School Record 

  
  
  1. Date of Birth can be got corrected in the Board Record in light of the school record if sufficient proof is produced to the Board or the Board is satisfied after inquiry or inspection of the relevant school record. Documents required.
  2. Photocopy of relevant pages of the admission and withdrawal register, (primary, middle, high school), attested by Principal.
  3. Covering letter (forwarding letter) from the Principal on the subject Correction of Date of Date of Birth addressed to Secretary.
  4. DMC, Certificate issued by the Board in original
  5. Fee receipt (bank challan/ bank slip). Go to fee of correction.

• Change of Date of Birth

Date of Birth can be changed vide a court decree subject to the fulfillment of the following formalities.

• 1. Approval of the Secretary for implementation of the court decree
  2. Covering letter (forwarding letter) from the Principal on the subject Change of Date of Birth addressed to Secretary.
  3. DMC, Certificate issued by the Board in original
  4. Fee receipt (bank challan/ bank slip).

Fee of Correction:

1. Correction of spelling of Name or Father Name

Correction based on School/College record.

2. Correction of Vowel in Name or Father Name

3. Addition deletion with or from Name or Father Name

Correction on the basis of Press cutting

Revised Certificate:

In case of Original Certificate issued to the candidate, no separate fee will be charged for revised certificate beside the correction fee. In this case, previous original certificate should be submitted by the candidate.
